Background Information:

Basik Development , a family-owned and operated company, was created to merge the construction knowledge, local real estate and permitting expertise, and financial networks of the three principals into a multi-faceted local development company involved in residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Southwest Florida.

The principals have over 50-years of combined experience working directly with Army Corps of Engineer, South Florida Water Management, and county officials in both Lee and Collier Counties on critical developmental issues, as well as with numerous local engineers, architects, attorneys, and planning firms. In addition, they have worked directly with land mitigation specialists in converting environmentally sensitive acreage into useable parcels for development. Basik Development currently oversees the development and construction of nearly 100,000 square feet of industrial storage, 70,000 square feet of commercial offices, 85,000 square feet of commercial retail, a 140-site RV Park, and a $5 Million residential community.
