"Naples Big Cypress Industrial Park"

Site work has been completed on a 52-acre parcel located four miles east of Collier Boulevard on U.S. 41 East. Phase I of Naples Big Cypress Industrial Park will include eight acres of industrial/warehouse condo storage. The 20- by 50-foot units are available for sale or lease. Pre-construction pricing begins at $82,500. Reservations are being accepted. The project also has zoning for commercial facilities and for a 150-unit RV Park. Basik Development is developing the project. Pictured in the aerial photo above looking north is the property bordered by U.S. 41 east on the left and Trinity Place on the right.
