"Naples Big Cypress Industrial Park"

Basik Development has received final site development plan (SDP) approval from federal, state and local agencies for the Naples Big Cypress Industrial Park. The industrial park is phase I of a three-phase project being developed on a 60 acre parcel four miles east of Collier Boulevard (S.R. 951) on U.S. 41 East. Phase I of the development will include eight acres of industrial/warehouse condo storage (20 by 50 feet) for RV’s, boats, automobile and some small businesses. Basik Development has pre-sold 14 units. Construction of the first two buildings will commence immediately. Pre-construction pricing begins at $84,500. Open industrial storage may also be available.
