"Buildings near completion at
industrial site"
Two industrial buildings are nearing completion at the Naples Big
Cypress Industrial Complex, four miles east of Collier Boulevard
on U.S. 41 East.
Basik Development is constructing the buildings out of a 4-inch
insulated panel system that provides the buildings with an R-32 insulation
factor. The quality and flexibility of the material works well for
industrial storage and business space particularly if the space will
be air-conditioned in the future. The high insulation characteristic
keeps the building’s interior temperature
10-15 degrees below that of a standard building.
In addition, since the panels are structural and contain the insulation,
the building process is reduce dramatically – the wall construction
is a-step process. Basik Development has pre-sold the first two buildings and have
begun construction on the remaining two buildings in Phase I. Each
building has either seven or eight units. The units are sold as condominium
units with sizes ranging from 600 to 1,250 square feet with 14-foot
insulated overhead doors. Prices start at $95 per square foot. The units can be used for the storage of automobiles, recreational
vehicles and boats as well as small business needs. Contact Basik Development for more information.
